At Smeg Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium Italian appliances. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the appliance you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the item in its original box with all protective foam, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the appliance's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
